Ibraheem Abdulazeez
Born in Baghdad, Iraq, Ibraheem later immigrated to Ashburn, Virginia. Now a senior at George Mason University pursuing a degree in computer engineering, he serves as the project manager, overseeing development and programming the microcontroller. Seeking to challenge and expand his understanding of computer engineering, he took on the role of guiding the circuit design and integration for the Talking Multimeter team.
Affan Zafar
Affan Zafar, a senior at George Mason University majoring in Electrical Engineering, was born in Saudi Arabia and is originally from Pakistan. With a strong interest in embedded systems, he aims to develop sustainable and innovative technologies. He joined the Talking Multimeter team to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a practical real-world tool.
Dustin Ha
Dustin Ha, member for the Division 1 Tennis team and a senior at George Mason University majoring in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Power and Energy Systems, was born and raised in Burke, Virginia. Inspired by his father, he pursued engineering for its challenges and real-world impact. This upcoming semester, he will intern at Northrop Grumman, working on projects that support national security. His passion for meaningful work also led him to the Talking Multimeter project, where he aims to improve accessibility for a blind engineer, John, by adapting engineering tools to enhance independence and efficiency.
Leonardo Torres Gonzalez
Born and raised in Sterling, Virginia, Leonardo currently attends George Mason University after transferring from Northern Virginia Community College. He is currently a senior seeking to complete his Electrical Engineering degree with a desire to enter the semiconductor market. Stemming from a first-generation immigrant family, Leonardo seeks to expand his skillset to provide for those who have aided him on his journey. As a result, he sought out the Talking Multimeter team as a challenge to his current understanding of Electrical Engineering by guiding the circuit design and integration of the project.
